For several months now, since early November, I've been getting up and getting outside or to the gym early to get a workout done.
My morning workouts vary, sometimes I consider them simply some movement and day-break head space. Other times I get geared up and get some lifting done or some other type of higher intensity exercise.
Either way, I've enjoyed this new part of my day more than I could have imagined.
If you haven't created some space for yourself early in the day, even first thing (yes, even before any kids might be awake – even if it's 10 minutes), I highly recommend doing so and reporting back to me after about a week, then a month… it's life-changing on a lot of levels.
