#greatby8 challenge

Here are the rules:

  1. Do something you feel GREAT about by 8 am each day – it can be something as big as completing a workout or cooking a healthy meal, or a small as telling someone you love them, drinking some fresh or lemon water or tea, or even crossing something off your to-do list. It can be self-care related or not, work related or not — ANYTHING big or small you can pat yourself on the back for, as an AFFIRMATION to yourself that you are capable of GREAT THINGS, even before 8 am, that's ALL it takes! This does NOT need to be something big, or something another person might see as great, it's about shifting YOUR OWN PERCEPTION of your accomplishments and achievements every single day.
  2. Post about it with the hashtag #GreatBy8 and call me out in your pic caption @dianesanfilippo for Instagram [or tweet using @balancedbites] so I can see your posts and other people can see what you're doing and learn about the Great by 8 challenge / movement!
